In hypercontingent societies even social organizations get under the pressure of contingency. That makes it more difficult for them to deal with contingencies of their customs and clients. The idea of C.M. helps organizations to manage this challenge. To use the concept of C.M. in organizations demands two things: a) leadership and b) appropriate management tools. Bal. Score Card is such a tool, which in general is capable to integrate the special ability of religion to neutralise contingency.
The discursive search for needful reforms of the welfare-state is upset by the pretended contradiction of justice and efficiency.
