Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales hat am 10. Februar 2023 gegenüber der Bank für Internationalen Zahlungsausgleich die nachstehende Erklärung abgegeben:
Auf Grund des Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 des Abkommens zwischen der
Regierung
der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Bank für Internationalen Zahlungsausgleich über das BIZ Innovation Hub Eurosystem Centre in Frankfurt am Main vom 9. Dezember 2022 (BGBl. 2023 II Nr. 49) erkläre ich, dass die sozialen Leistungen der Bank für Internationalen Zahlungsausgleich insgesamt ausreichend sind und die Befreiung der Bank für Internationalen Zahlungsausgleich und seiner in Deutschland beschäftigten Bediensteten von den deutschen Rechtsvorschriften über die Versicherungspflicht in der gesetzlichen und privaten Krankenversicherung, der gesetzlichen Unfall- und Rentenversicherung...
