Nach § 50 Satz 2 des Strompreisbremsegesetzes vom 20. Dezember 2022 (BGBl. I S. 2512) wird hiermit ergänzend zu der Bekanntmachung vom 28. Dezember 2022 zur Anwendbarkeit des Strompreisbremsegesetzes (BGBl. I S. 2894) bekannt gemacht, dass die Bestimmungen zur Entlastung von Schienenbahnen in § 4 Absatz 2 Satz 3, § 6 Nummer 3 und § 10 des Strompreisbremsegesetzes nach der Feststellung der Europäischen Kommission, dass die Beihilfe mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar ist, ab dem 25.
