In der Verwaltungsstreitsache hat der 5. Senat des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts
am 11. September 2008
durch den Vizepräsidenten des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts Hund
und die Richter am Bundesverwaltungsgericht Dr. Brunn und Dr. Störmer
beschlossen:
- Die Beschwerde der Klägerin gegen die Nichtzulassung der Revision in dem Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts Dresden vom 30. April 2008 wird verworfen.
- Die Klägerin trägt die Kosten des Beschwerdeverfahrens.
- Der Wert des Streitgegenstandes wird für das Beschwerdeverfahren auf 5 000 € festgesetzt.
