Important Notes

Liu Tao, the person in charge of the Company (legal representative), Jörg Bremer, the person in charge of accounting affairs and Liang Yan (accounting supervisor), the legal representative of accounting firm hereby declare that: The financial statements under the annual report are authentic, accurate and complete.
V. Plan for Profit distribution and converting accumulation fund into share capital in this reporting period deliberated and adopted by the Board of Directors (BOD)
Audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP (Special General Partnership), the Company achieved a combined net profit of RMB -245,967,428.01 in 2021, and the distributable profit of the parent company at the beginning of the period was RMB -1,216,792,759.92, and the distributable profit of the parent company available for shareholders at the end of the period was RMB -1,242,833,606.44.
In view of the negative accumulated undistributed profits of the parent company as of the end of 2021, according to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, the BOD plans not to withdraw surplus reserve fund, distribute profits to shareholders, or convert capital reserves into share capital in 2021.
